Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your eSIM purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Not activated (14-day window): If you haven't installed or connected your eSIM to a network, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
  • Technical fault on our end: If the eSIM doesn't work due to a provisioning error or issue on our side, and we can't resolve it within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
  • Incompatible device: If your device is locked or not eSIM-compatible and the eSIM has not been activated, we'll refund you in full.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Activated & used: Once your eSIM has connected to a network and data has been consumed, it is considered used and is non-refundable.
  • Beyond 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase for non-activated plans.
  • User error: Incorrect installation, accidental deletion of the eSIM profile, or failure to follow activation instructions.
  • Coverage gaps: Areas where the Orange network or partner networks do not provide service. Coverage maps are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Device issues: Problems caused by your phone's settings, carrier restrictions, VPNs, or other device-specific configurations.
  • Change of mind after activation: We don't refund because you found a cheaper option or changed travel plans after activating the eSIM.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@vayacondata.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]"
  2. Include your order reference number (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request
  4. We'll review and respond within 2 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) used at purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Refund processing times depend on your bank — typically 5-10 business days after approval.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can resolve most issues quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.

Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to technical issues, pricing errors, or plan unavailability. If this happens, you will receive a full refund and notification by email.
