Setup & Activation
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email within minutes. Open your phone's Settings → Cellular/Mobile → Add eSIM, scan the QR code, and tap install. The whole process takes about 60 seconds. We also send step-by-step instructions with screenshots.
Your 30-day plan starts when you first connect to a network in Europe — not when you install it. You can install the eSIM before your trip and it won't start counting days until you arrive and it connects to a European tower.
Compatible: iPhone XS/XR and newer, iPhone SE (2nd gen+), Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Galaxy Z Flip/Fold, and most flagships from 2019 onward.
Not compatible: iPhones from mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau (no eSIM support), most budget Android phones.

Yes. Most modern phones support Dual SIM Dual Standby — your physical SIM stays active for your home number while the eSIM handles data, calls, and SMS in Europe. You can choose which line to use for data vs calls in Settings.
Most eSIMs can only be installed once. If you delete it, contact support with your order number — we'll check if reactivation is possible. Keep your QR code email until your trip ends.
Plans & Pricing
All plans are valid for 30 days from first connection to a European network. The clock doesn't start until you arrive and connect. One-time payment, no subscription, no auto-renewal.
Data Only ($15): 10GB of data for browsing, maps, messaging apps. No phone number, no calls, no SMS.
Voice+SMS ($34/$49/$69): Includes a real French +33 phone number plus unlimited calls and SMS within the EU. You can make/receive calls, send texts, and use the number for WhatsApp/Telegram verification. The 100GB plan at $49 is our best value.

Make and receive calls to any EU number. Send/receive SMS. Register for services that require a European number (banking, food delivery, local apps). Verify WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. The number is yours for the full 30 days.
Your data stops when you hit your plan's limit. There's no throttling or overage charges — we don't slow you down, we just stop. If you need more, you can purchase another plan. We're working on top-up options.

No. You get full-speed 4G/5G data for your entire allowance. We don't throttle, we don't slow you down at certain thresholds, and there's no "unlimited at 128kbps" fine print. When your data runs out, it stops. That's it.
Yes. All our plans support personal hotspot/tethering. You can share your connection with your laptop, tablet, or travel companions. Data used through hotspot counts against your plan's total.
The included unlimited calls and SMS cover EU numbers only. Calls to the US, Canada, or other non-EU countries are not included. For calling home, we recommend using WhatsApp, FaceTime, or other data-based calling apps — they work great over your data allowance.
Orders & Support
Instantly. You'll receive a QR code by email within minutes of purchase. No shipping, no waiting, no physical card. If it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact support.
Refunds are available if your eSIM hasn't been activated (installed and connected). Once activated, the plan is considered used. If you have technical issues preventing activation, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll help troubleshoot or refund.
Email us at support@vayacondata.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours, usually much faster. For urgent issues during travel, mark your email as urgent in the subject line.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure payment processing. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
Yes. You can purchase multiple plans — for yourself, family, or group travel. Each eSIM arrives as a separate QR code. Just place separate orders or contact us for bulk purchases (10+ plans).
